Active License not found. Please apply a new license

Other error messages. Log file shows: HASP Key not found or License Process: Internal API error. SigmaPlot will not start/finds no license after installation.. Check if you can start your SigmaPlot in administrative mode. If you can start your SigmaPlot by right-clicking the SigmaPlot start icon, and then choose "Run as administrator", SigmaPlot is missing privileges on your machine / user profile.. Change privileges to your SigmaPlot license folder/files. What you can do is open the command window in Windows as the administrator and run the following command:. icacls "%ProgramData%\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK" /grant Users:(CI)(OI)(M). To start the command window in administrator mode, click the Windows button at the bottom left of your screen, type "cmd", right-click the Command program that appears in the search result, and select run as administrator.. You may need to change the word Users to Brukere/Användare eller Bruker/Använder if Norwegian/Swedish/Danish filepathnames are used on your system.. Hopefully, after doing this change to your system privileges, you can now start SigmaPlot as normal by (double)clicking the SigmaPlot start icon.
